AMENDMENT I
TO
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTUAL SERVICES ORCHARD SUBSTATION
AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
GSM LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, INC. and THE CITY OF UIHAH
This Amendment No, 1, entered on March 8, 2012, revises the Agreement for
Professional services dated January 23, 2012 behveen the City of Ukiah and GSM
Landscape Architects, Inc., to provide consulting services related to the Development of
a Landscaping and Irrigation Plan for the Electric Utility Orchard Substation Project.
This Amendment No. 1 changes the tithe of completion as listed in Section 3.1 from July
30, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 1, all other terms and conditions of
the agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
