AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT AGREEMENT #11-144
This Amendment to Contract Agreement No. 11-144 is entered into this li,~
day of -6i ri ate, WL , 2012 by and between the County of Mendocino, a political
subdivision of the tate of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY" and City
of Ukiah, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR."
WHEREAS, Agreement #11-144 was entered into on November 8, 2011; and
WHEREAS, upon execution of this document by the County of Mendocino and the
Contractor, this document will become part of the aforementioned contract and shall
be incorporated therein; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the CONTRACTOR and the COUNTY to amend the
contract from the original;
NOW THEREFORE, we agree as follows:
Scope of Work: Remove the language "complete its Downtown Zoning Code" from
page one, paragraph 2. Remove (item number) "6, Complete Downtown Zoning
Code" in Exhibit A (revised document attached).
Expected outcome of amendment: This activity is not written into the budget or
scope from the original grantor. It was added, by error, to the contract document.
All other terms and conditions of Agreement #11-144 are to remain in full force and
effect.

EXHIBIT A
DEFINITION OF SERVICES
CONTRACTOR shall provide the following services:
City of Ukiah will conduct a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory, and complete a Climate
Action Plan by completing the following activities:
1. Complete GHG Emissions Inventory
2. Incorporate GHG Emissions Inventory into Climate Action Plan (CAP) initial draft
3. Hold community workshop to solicit input on draft CAP
4. Complete revised draft of CAP based on input from community workshops
5. Hold City Council workshop to adopt completed CAP
6. Submit progress reports and invoices for payment on a quarterly basis.
7. Comply with the terms of the Grantee Certificate of Compliance, incorporated here as
Exhibit E.
8 Comply with the terms of the Grant Agreement with the Strategic Growth Council,
incorporated here as Appendix B.
