NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
That the real property described is owned by the following whose address is: City of Ukiah, a Municipal
Corporation, 300 Seminary Avenue, Ukiah, California 95482-5400
2. That the nature of the title to the Riverside Park Phase One Rouah Gradina Proiect, Specification No. 10-13 of
all said owners is that of fee simple.
3. That on the 25th day of February 2011, the Contract work for this project was actually completed.
4. That the name and address of the Contractor is Coastside Concrete. 2160 West Hearn Avenue. Santa Rosa,
CA 95407.
5. That the real property herein referred to is situated in the County of Mendocino, State of California, and is
described as follows: City-owned property identified as Riverside Park, located within the City of Ukiah at the
east end of Gobbi Street.
