The project does not involve constructing a new storm drain system, nor does it increase the size of the system. LOCATION: Ukiah Regional Airport - South State Street, Ukiah, Mendocino County. PUBLIC AGENCY APPROVING PROJECT: The Ukiah City Council approved the project on July 1, 2009. FINDINGS OF EXEMPTION: The proposed project is consistent with the goals and policies of the Ukiah General Plan. 2. The proposed project would not have an adverse impact on fish and wildlife resources because no creeks or streams would be impacted by the project. 3. The existing airport storm drain system is merely being replaced. It can be determined with certainty that the project would not affect any natural wildlife habitat values.
