The Board .of Trustees of the Town of Ukiah City do ordain as follows, SECTION 1. Every saloon, bar, or place where spirituous, vinaus, or malt liquors are sold or given away within the corporate limits of the Town of Ukiah City, shall be closed promptly at the hour of 11 otclock P. 1% of each night, and no business shall be transacted therein until the hour of 4 otclock A. IK. of the following morning. SECTION 2. Every person, whether as agent or principal, who shall wilfully violate tri provisions of this 0fdinance shall be deemed guilty of a misde— meanor, and upon conviction �all be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the"'Town Jail for fifty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
