Award Bid For The Construction Of The Ukiah Skate Park To Geocon Engineering, Inc. In The Amount Of $666,320.24 And Approval Of Corresponding Budget Amendments (see Regular Agenda Item 10c) 3. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 7.
