ROLL CALL
Ukiah City Council met at a Budget Workshop Special Meeting on April 14, 2010, the
notice for which being legally noticed on April 13, 2010. Mayor Thomas called the
meeting to order at 5:08 pm. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers
present: Landis, Crane, Baldwin, and Vice Mayor Rodin. Councilmembers absent:
Mayor Thomas. Staff present: City Manager Chambers, Assistant City Manager
Sangiacomo, City Attorney Rapport, Finance Director Elton, Public Works Director/City
Engineer Eriksen, Public Works Administrative Secretary Davis, and City Clerk Currie.
2. BUDGET WORKSHOP SESSION
a. Presentation of Water Rate Study (60 min.)
City Manager Chambers, Finance Director Elton, and John Farnkopf, HF&H
Consultants, LLC, presented the item.
b. Review of Sewer Rate Study Recommendations (30 min.)
City Manager Chambers, Finance Director Elton, and John Farnkopf, HF&H
Consultants, LLC, presented the item.
C. Initial Review of Capital Improvement Projects for FY 2010-11 & Future
Years
City Manager Chambers, Public Works Director/City Engineer Eriksen, and
Public Works Administrative Secretary Davis presented the item.
d. City Manager Report on Pending Economic Development Activities
City Manager Chambers presented the item.

4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:28 pm.
