HomeMy WebLinkAbout2010-19 Fee Schedule CSDRESOLUTION 2010- 19 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIA AMENDING USER FEE SCHEDULE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FACILITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah owns, manages, maintains, and provides facilities, programs and services for public use; and WHEREAS, community members and private organizations request the use of facilities and participate in these programs or services; and WHEREAS, the use of facilities and the participation in programs or services necessitates a need for fees which have been established to provide for maintenance, utilities and other operational expenses; and WHEREAS, the City Council may from time to time consider fee adjustments in order to continue operation of facilities, programs and services in a fiscally responsible manner; and WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and has heard public comment on these issues; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds on the basis of substantial evidence presented to the Council during the meeting at which the fees were considered that with the revised fee schedule the fees will not exceed the cost of providing the service for which each fee is charged; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council amend the Community Services Department Fee Schedule as attached in Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein.
