2. That the nature of the title to the Traffic Signal Equipment Upgrade Specification No. 07-12 of all said owners
is that of fee simple.
3. That on the 7th day of February 2008, the Contract work for this project was actually completed.

5. That the real property herein referred to is situated in the County of Mendocino, State of California, and is
described as follows: Cit - weed property as traffic signal equipment within the Cit of Ukiah.
