ORDINANCE NO. 761
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH PREZOfJING CERTAIN
PROPERTY (AIRPORT-SOUTH STATE STREET)
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has filed Prezone Application No. 81-85, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section 65859, the City
has the authority to prezone property which is subject to possible annexation,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah Planning Commission on May 27, 1981 approved the
prezone from Mendocino County A-1, to City of Ukiah C-1, and M, and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact for this matter
was found adequate and complete and the issue is consistent with the General
Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1.
That properties commonly designated as Mendocino County Assessor Parcel
Numbers: 3-330-03, 38, 39, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 54, 56 and 57;
3-350-01, 02, 15, 21, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34; 180-120-01 and 02
are prezoned from Mendocino County A-1, to City of Ukiah C-1, Light
Commercial.
SECTION 2.
That properties commonly designated as Mendocino County Assessor Parcel
Numbers: 184-061-01, 02, 06, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 17; 184-062-02, 04,
05, 06, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18; 184-063-01, 02,
03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 10; 184,070-01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07,
08, 09, 10, 11, 12 and 13.
SECTION 3.
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof shows and describes the
properties listed in Section 1 and 2. This prezoning classification
shall become effective as such time as the property so prezoned is
annexed to the City of Ukiah. The zoning map adopted by Section 9006,
of the City of Ukiah Code as amended by previous zone changes, shall be
amended at that time as well.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Ukiah.
SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall become effective upon the annexation of the subject
property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1981 by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Hickey, Feibusch, Snyder, Riley, Myers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

ORDINANCE N0. 762
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH AMENDING DIVISION 9, CHAPTER 2 OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH ZONING ORDINANCE-CONDOMINIUM
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Article 12a, Section 9155(c) is amended to read as follows: ___,
(c) Density. The maximum allowable density in any residential condo-
minium to be constructed shall be that of the district within which
the development is located as follows:
R-l, Single Family Residential District: the building site area re-
quired for each dwelling unit shall be a minimum of six thousand (6,000)
square feet.
R-2, Multiple Family Residential District: for each family unit intended
to occupy any building or group of buildings on such building site a
minimum of three thousand (3,000) square feet of site area.
R-3, General Multiple Residential District, and C-l, Light Commercial
District: for each family unit intended to occupy a building or
group of buildings on such building site there shall be at least one
thousand, five hundred (1,500) square feet of site area.
The density of condominium conversion shall be six thousand (6,000)
square feet of site area for each dwelling unit.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Ukiah.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its adoption.
