ORDINANCE N0. 747
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUfJCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH AMENDING DIVISION 8, CHAPTER 3,
ARTICLE 4, OF THE UKIAH CITY CODE
(REGULATIONS OF PRIVATE PARKING AREAS)
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 7385 is amended to read as follows:
Section 7385 - Applicable provisions:
Pursuant to Section 21107.8 of the California Vehicle Code,
Sections 22507.8, 22350, 23103, 23109 and the provisions of
Division 16.5 of the California Vehicle Code shall apply to those
privately owned parking lots set forth in Section 7386 of this Code.
Section 2. Section 7386 is amended to read as follows:
Section 7386 - Private Parking lots covered:
Parking lots subject to the provisions of Section 7385 of
this code as follows:
a.) Yokayo Valley Shopping Center Parking area.
b.) Value Giant Store Parking area.
c.) Safeway Stores, Inc., parking area.
d.) Ukiah High School parking areas.
e.) 12th District Agricultural Association Fairgrounds parking
areas.
f.) Pear Tree Shopping Center parking areas.
g.) Orchard Plaza Shopping Center parking areas.
Section 3. Section 7387 - Penalty.
Penalties for violation of California Vehicle Code Sections
set forth in Section 7385 of this Code shall be those prescribed,
from time to time, by the California Vehicle Code relating to said
sections.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published as required by law. _,
Section 5. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after adoption.

call vote:
