HomeMy WebLinkAbout725 Rezoning R-3 to R-2~~~., ~./~ •~ ORDINANCE N0. 725 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH AMENDING CHAPTER 2, DIVISION 9 OF THE UKIAH CITY CODE BY REZONING PROPERTY FROM EXISTING R-3 ZONE, TO R-2 (ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION NOS. 79-45 AND 79-52) The City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as follows: Section 1. Chapter 2, of Division 9 of the Ukiah City Code is hereby amended by changing from R-3 to R-2 zone that portion of the City of Ukiah indicated on the attached map which is made a part hereof; Parcels Nos. 2-207-14, 2-072-13, 2-072-22, 2-072-11, 2-072-13, 2-080-34 and 2-080-10; all as more particularly described and shown in Zone Change Application Nos. 79-45 and 79-52 on file with the Clerk of the Planning Commission, said file being incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Ukiah. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30days after its adoption.
