HomeMy WebLinkAbout719 Pre-Zoning Property~~~~•) ORDINANCE NO. 719 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH PRE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY (VINEYARD VIEW-LAS CASAS) WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has filed Pre-Zone Change Application No, 79-13, and WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section 65859 the City has the authority to pre-zone property which is subject to possible annexation, and WHEREAS, the proposed pre-zone is consistent with the City of Ukiah General Plan NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That property commonly designated as, Lots 49, 50 and 57, page 020, book 1 and Lots O1, 02 and 04, page 110, book 170 and Lot 02, page 131, book 170 in the records of the Mendocino County Assessor, is pre-zoned as PD, Planned Development, said area containing approximately 137 acres; all as shown and described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof. This pre-zoning classification shall become effective at such time as the property so pre-zoned is annexed to the City of Ukiah. The zoning map adopted by Section 9006, as amended by previous zone changes, shall be amended at that time as well. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Ukiah. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon the annexa- tion of the subject property.
