ORDINANCE N0. 712
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH AMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 2,
DIVISION 8 OF THE UKIAH MUNICIPAL CODE
(PARKING METER ZONES)
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 7305 is amended by removing the period
therefrom and adding
Section 2. Section
the term Oak Street
Pine Street.
Section 3. Section
Section 7312 -
3 the following: both sides."
7306 is amended by striking therefrom
and in its place substitute the term
7312 is amended to read as follows:
Perkins Street
Perkins Street from the westerly line of School Street
to the easterly line of Pine Street, north side only.
Section 4. Section 7313 is repealed
Section 5. Section 7313 is adopted to read as follows:
Section 7313 - Pine Street
Pine Street from the northerly line of Perkins Street
to the southerly line of Standley Street
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
its adoption.
Section 7. This ordinance shall be published as required by
law in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City
of Ukiah.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1978 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Hickey, Myers, Simpson, Snyder, Mayor Brannon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
